Diana Renovell Romero, PT (NJ, HI, Spain), Certified Qi Healer (CTQT)
Diana Renovell Romero is a Board Licensed Physical Therapist (NJ), Medical Qigong Therapist and Certified Qi Healer (CTQT), Tuina Therapist (CTQT), as well as being a former Professor of Physical Therapy for two major Institutions in Spain (University of Lleida and University of Manresa, Barcelona). She is an extremely exceptional practitioner with over 17 years of experience as a Physical Therapist working in hospitals, as well as private clinics. She is renowned for her expertise in successfully treating migraines, vertigo, TMJ and other conditions by uniquely applying her knowledge in both Eastern and Western Medical Modalities.
Diana attended the Universidad Cardenal Herrera in Valencia, Spain, where she received her Master’s degree from the Universidad Miguel Hernandez. She went on to become a professor of Physical Therapy at two Universities, as well as being the coordinator of a double-degree program in the University of Lleida. She became the spokesperson as the Physical Therapy - Physical Education program coordinator at the Institut Nacional d’Educació Fisica de Catalunya (INEFC), Barcelona, and contributed as a co-author to a published physical therapy textbook.
Diana’s sincere desire to help others in a more holistic way led her to the study of the Eastern Medicine modalities of Acupuncture, PsicoNeuroAcupuncture, Tuina therapy, and Medical Qigong therapy, while gaining a deeper insight into the mechanisms of cancer and illness on both the Western and Eastern scales. She also trained in Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral techniques, and Neurodynamics, earning recognition as a specialist in myofascial therapy and nerve impingement, which strengthened her already extensive clinical skillset.
After treating many patients, it became more apparent that to have a more complete recovery or healing, the underlying emotional root at the core of many ailments needed to be addressed. In her exhaustive search in uncovering and understanding the psycho-emotional mechanisms of illness, she studied integrative approaches such as the 5 Biological Laws of Dr Ryke Geerd Hamer and his framework for Biological Shocks, as well as Regressive Therapy with Brian Weiss, and received instruction in the Focusing Method (developed by Eugene Gendlin). Rounding out on the metaphysical side, she also studied the essential frameworks of Western astrology, and was mentored in accessing the Akashic records, together with other modalities rooted in bioenergetic medicine.
Diana Renovell Romero brings her expertise of working with patients in Spain, Hawaii, New York, and is currently available for sessions, by appointment, at the Center for Tuina and Qigong Therapy in Clifton, NJ.
