Most classes are available both in person and online, and recordings of select past courses are also available. A Comprehensive Course in Qi: Intensive Workshop Series
Level I: The Essential Skills
This course will introduce you to the basic principles of Qi and Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, as well as practicing exercises to open the Channels (energy routes) of the body so that Qi and Blood can flow freely.
You will learn how to feel, see, build, receive, analyze, and enlarge Qi. You will learn special methods to access the power of the mind to control your own Qi and utilize it to break up energetic disruptions in your body and the body of others. You will learn powerful Qigong methods to build your own Qi, access special abilities, and address disharmonies as well as prevent pathogens and sickness.

Level II: Practical Applications of Qigong Therapy
This course will focus on the practical applications of Qigong Therapy in a clinical setting. You will learn protocols for a variety of diseases and disharmonies as well as distant healing methods. Disease-specific treatments are a whole advanced study unto themselves, and this course will provide an intense examination of both the Western and Eastern methods of diagnosis and treatment.

Tuina – Chinese Bodywork Therapy Workshop Series
Intro to Tuina – Chinese Bodywork Therapy Hand Techniques
This 4-hour hands-on workshop will focus on learning the powerful and varied hand techniques of Chinese Tuina Therapy and their applications, which are used to activate Qi and Blood to facilitate healing during a client session. You will also learn powerful Qigong methods as well as self-care Tuina, all within the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Included will be a Tuina protocol for relaxation and dispersion.
This workshop is open to beginners with no experience who want to gain an understanding of Chinese Bodywork Therapy. It is also an excellent workshop for Massage Therapists, Nurses, or healthcare providers looking to expand their toolbox with more effective methods.
