
Dit Da Ke - A Tradition of Kung Fu Medicine
Dit Da Ke (Fall and Hit Medicine) is a traditional Chinese art of healing traumatic injuries such as bruises, sprained and dislocated joints, fractures, cuts etc. This art has been an integral part of traditional Kung Fu practitioners for centuries. Dit Da Ke makes extensive use of herbal remedies/medicine and massage as well as a number of other methods to treat many types of injuries. Dit Da Ke’s focus is on the injury specific area. Sessions can be 20-40 minutes depending on the severity of the injury.
